Process for Fall Game Changes ($10):

If you have a game change, first step is to CONFIRM with the home team’s FIELD COORDINATOR that the time you are requesting a change to works on home teams fields and is permitted by the club.  Also confirm with your opponent all rescheduling details.

This form is not to postpone a game or field change only.

 

If you need to postpone the game send an email to the office copying your opponent with the game number asking for your game to be postpone. To turn a postponed game back on you must submit a game change form.

 

If it’s a field change only send an email to the office copying your opponent with game number, date, old field and new field. Thank you
