Placement forms are located under forms for 2008-2009

You must place ALL teams on the placement form everytime you submit it. Whether a team is requesting a change or not you must place ALL teams your entering into ICSL on the form.

Please notify ICSL on your placement sheet if a team is dropping as well. Also fill in all required info on the placement sheet.

Youth Game Referee Fee Schedule
Both teams will split and pay half of the referee fee instead of the home team paying the whole fee.  The referee’s fee must be paid prior to the game, when lineup sheets are given to the referee.
