Fall Team Registration
2012-2013
Fall League 2012 season
  • Please note that the Youth season will be Starting on September 8th until November 18th weather permitting.
  • Senior season will start on September 8th until December 9th.
  • The registration dead line is June 11th.
 
Teams returning from 2011 to apply for 2012:

We will be offering both divisions for U12
(8v8 and 11v11)
 
If your U12 and you choose
to play 8v8 please note you may only have a
max of 14 players on your roster.

If your U12 and you choose
to play 11v11 you can have a
max of 18 players on your roster.

If your U12 team goes 11v11 in the
Fall and than wants to go 8v8 in 2013 cups,
as long as you NEVER exceed 14 players on
your roster at any time you
are still eligible for 8v8 cups in 2013

U12 teams who play
11v11 or 8v8 will still have 30min halves

Changes to your rosters; Player adds, secondary’s, transfers and additional coaches will be made for a fee of $20 (there is no cost for releasing a player)

You must have an appointment to come in for a roster change. Office hours are listed under office info.

Youth Game Referee Fee Schedule
2012-2013
Both teams will split and pay half of the referee fee instead of the home team paying the whole fee.  The referee’s fee must be paid prior to the game, when lineup sheets are given to the referee. U14 and below have one Ref and for U15 and above will have a 3 man system when possible...
POSTING SCORES

Scores must be posted within ten days of the game or else the home team will be fined $25.00 each.

Line Up Forms

LINE UP FORMS ARE TO BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT WITH THE JERSEY #, PLAYERS NAME, AND PASS NUMBER. YOU ALSO MUST HAVE LINE UPS AT ALL OF YOUR ICSL GAMES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER LINE UP FORM AND/OR NOT FILLED IN CORRECTLY YOU WILL BE FINED
